Motor issues please help
I have a 2003 jetta 1.8t and when i go to get on the throttle the engine seems to hesitate while excelleration. I have read elsewhere that it could be the ignition coils may be bad, but i figured i would ask on here. You guys seem to know whats up with these cars.
Also any help on a bad ass boost gauge and pod would be awesome too.
Any other helpful info on getting some more performance out of the car for not to much money would be good. My car is stock, i love it and dont have to much money to put into it.. so the best bang for the buck would be sweet.

Actually, there is a bulletin out about the coils being defected/fouled. The same thing was occuring with my 03 an I went ahead and replaced them - and just for giggles, replaced my j-valve and bypass with the better versions. HUGE difference - MUCH smoother on the boost!
At any rate, try the coils first and hopefully, your spending $4.00/gallon on that premium unleaded like you're supposed to on a 1.8t.
